Our History
SANSKRITY is a 501c (3), non-profit organization under the State of California, in collaboration with the City of Folsom, providing a cultural base for kids and adults, to share our colorful culture and bring our community together.

Our Mission
At Sanskrity, our mission is to give an opportunity to shine and promotes VAPA - Visual And Performing Arts. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone can learn, grow, and connect with others.
Over the years, Sanskrity has grown from a small community center to a thriving hub of cultural activity, Our members work tirelessly to bring the show each year.
From Humble Beginnings
With passion and hard work, Sanskrity was formed in 2006 by Priyanka Khare and Vinay Khare. It has been a cornerstone of the community for over 19 years. The main purpose was to create a space where everyone could come together to encourage kids, celebrate and learn about our diverse cultures.
Our Event
We offer a wide range of programs and events, including drawing competition, dance & music performances, fashion show, and cultural festivals. Check out our Facebook site to see what's coming up!
PARTICIPANTS:
- 2024: This year around 400 participants participated. There were 50 rocking cultural entries.
- 2023: This year around 450 participants participated. There were 65 rocking cultural entries.
